Last chance to tell us what you did during Awareness Week

28 May 2013
Our Dying Matters Awareness Week impact survey closes this week. Completing the survey only takes a couple of minutes, and if you share your details, you will be entered into a prize draw for a £50 book token.

Dying Matters Awareness Week 2013 is now over, and what a week it was. We are thrilled to say that has been the biggest and best Awareness Week yet, with extensive media coverage and a fantastic range of activities taking place around the country. We are confident that we have reached thousands of people and encouraged them to "Be ready for it".

It's vitally important that we can measure the impact of the week, which is why we are running an Awareness Week Impact Survey. We were delighted that even before the week, over 170 Dying Matters members let us know about the activities they had planned, which we were pleased to be able to promote via our website calendar and other means. Now, we're asking you to tell us about the impact of your events.

The survey only takes a couple of minutes to fill out - please complete the survey now.
