International Death Symposium
Toronto will be the host city for the inaugural International Death Symposium, set to draw in over 1000 delegates. An innovative gathering of some of the most influential, stimulating and inspirational minds and change-makers; from medical and wellness leaders to world-renowned authors, musicians and Indigenous teachers from North America and beyond. It's about having the conversations and reconciling our relationship and understanding of life and death. A global initiative to explore the taboo subjects of dying, death and why talking about death may help us live better lives and gives us options in how we want to live and die. The line up of speakers is extraordinary and no event has ever brought them together in one place.
