Gentle Dusk Death Cafe Islington
Many of us don't have the opportunity to talk openly about death with others yet there may be many things we would like to think about and discuss. A death cafe provides the space to do just this.
At a Death Cafe people, often strangers, gather to eat cake, drink tea and discuss death. It is simply an opportunity to talk about death in a safe and comfortable environment with no agenda, objectives or themes. We encourage our participants to share stories, thoughts or feelings, or simply just listen.
Pat, who has previously attended one of our Death Cafes says:
"It is a great opportunity to talk about a subject that preoccupies us all. Give it a go, you might be pleasantly surprised."
