As part of Dying Mtters Awareness week, the conference aims to highlight the work of the Birmingham Bereacement Project and the development of a seamless model for bereavement care across traditional boundaries.

The day will include presentations from keynote speaker, Eve Richardson, Chief Executive of Dying Matters and the project worksteams who will also showcase how small actions have made a big difference. The Dying Matters Coalition and Department of Health will also demonstrate the importance of high quality bereavement care for individuals and offer a national perspective on bereavement care.
