Need Support?

So it goes against every instinct that we have to start planning for our death: in fact, only one in three of us has talked to anyone about how or where we’d like to die. But every adult, of whatever age, needs to look ahead and ask ‘What if?'

Many of us have specific wishes about how we’d like to die, or how long we want doctors to keep us alive, or what we’d like to happen after our death. There are a range of organisations that can help you plan the support and care you need towards the end of life, advise on writing wills and living wills, and provide advice on the emotional issues surrounding dying.

This section provides specific information which might help you to answer questions or start conversations about death, dying and bereavement.  Whether you’re looking for advice on caring for someone close, planning your own future or simply interested in finding out what the options are, this section may help you think things through.
