'Good end of life care is about being a good GP'

Professor Mayur Lakhani, GP and chair of the Dying Matters Coalition, spoke to weekly medical publication Pulse recently about how GP consortia could improve end-of-life care.

Professor Lakhani said that while the new End of Life Care Patient Charter would take time to implement, it showed that the profession was speaking 'loudly and clearly' about death and dying.
