Community Pack
As a society we need to talk more about death, dying and bereavement in order to get the kind of death we want.
Around 70 per cent of us say we want to die at home, yet 60 per cent of us die in hospital. If we don't talk about what we want to happen at the end of our lives and after our deaths, how can we hope to have our wishes met?
In order for a change to happen, we need to start at the grass-roots level: our communities.
Dying Matters has produced a comprehensive pack offering information and advice on how best to get the conversation started in your groups and communities. Access all the information below.
You can also order hard copies of this pack, priced at £5 per copy (including p&p). Just email info@dyingmatters.org.
