A new fundraising photography competition is challenging individuals across the country to take and submit images that Celebrate Life in the Face of Death. The competition is open to both professional and amateur photographers, and the deadline for entries is 18 December 2016. The Judging panel includes the acclaimed photographer Rankin.

Velindre NHS Trust, Aneurin Bevan UHB and the Digital Legacy Association have won an award from NHS Wales for the TalkCPR campaign, a project to improve communication between patients and their healthcare professionals about Do Not Attempt Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Orders. Byw Nawr, Dying Matters’ partner in Wales, was a key part of the project.
