Abbey Care Home is a privately owned residential home. We provide care for 20 clients who have Dementia. The home is currently registered to work to achieve Gold Standard Accreditation for excellence in the provision of end of life care.

We are a local authority, catering for not only our tenants who reside in the flats but also for the service users who use our specialised dementia day care services. We also have a resource centre which is used locally by a number of groups and organisations.

Ace of Clubs
We are a day centre working with homeless, vulnerable and isolated members of our community. Many of our members who are in accommodation live alone and have little or no contact with any of their family.
We are open Monday to Friday 12 noon to 3pm and see approximately 70+ people every day, always with new clients coming into the centre.
