This special morning  aims to provide you with information, resources and support to  help with the immensely difficult experience of losing a loved One. Whether you yourself are bereaved and struggling with this most painful experience , or whether you are a professional or individual trying to help others around you, we would love you to join us, have tea and cake, and see how we can help.
Please come  and  browse Bereavement Stands, with the opportunity to talk with professionals, bereavement charities and bereaved people on any aspect of Bereavement. We will also have a 'Dying Matters' stand covering  various topics relating to 'Death, Dying & Bereavement' and  encouraging all of us, no matter what age or state of health, to pre-plan, get peace of mind and live our lives to the fullest!
This event marks a special Partnership between  HEYS NHS Hospitals Trust Macmillan Bereavement Counselling Service, ‘Cruse Bereavement Care’,  & Dove House Hospice.
PROGRAMME OF TALKS: 10.00 am. “Am I going Crazy? Feelings of Loss and Bereavement”. John Creasey (‘Dove House Hospice’).
 10.40 am. “ Journeying through Bereavement with Hope for the future”. Fred Sims-Williams (‘Cruse Bereavement Care’).
10.50 am. Informal ‘Round Table Discussions’ (optional). Introduced by Barbara Payman (HEYS NHS Macmillan Bereavement Counselling Service).
PLEASE NOTE: The Open Event is preceded by an ‘Employer’s breakfast Seminar’ (7.30am-9.30am), for which booking is essential.
