Dying to Talk

London

The Dying Matters Coalition’s Awareness Week Launch Event and National Forum: ‘DYING TO TALK'...

The national event ‘Dying to Talk’ launches the Dying Matters Awareness Week from 15-21 March. This high-level event will provide an opportunity to hear about the work of the Dying Matters Coalition and our activities and progress across England to promote raising public awareness about dying, death and bereavement. This launch will provide opportunities:

• To learn about the recent Dying Matters surveys on attitudes and the priority groups that we are working with in the light of the findings

• To learn from the joint awareness raising consultation and campaign with NHS North East on their End of Life Care Charter

• To receive resource packs being developed to encourage the conversations

• For good networking with a broad range of organisations across many sectors

As places at this event are extremely limited, we regret to have to limit places to one per member organisation. Places will be booked on a first come, first served basis. You are required to register for this conference.

RSVP to r.parker@ncpc.org.uk with your full contact details, including any special requirements you may have. We hope that you will be able to join us on what promises to be an exciting and inspiring day of activities and shared learning.
