Relationships with others, and with ourselves touches all of us, as we all live in a web of many strands of interconnection with others.
This weekend is for anyone who wants to restore and heal important relationships in their life, including the one with yourself.
In this experiential weekend, with many opportunities for sharing, discussion and practice, participants find out for themselves how to resolve even long-term difficulties using methods drawn from The Tibetan Book of Living and Dying.
Through sharing our story with others and applying meditation and compassion into our relationships, a space of change can open up to more compassionate and meaningful interactions with others, a step towards healing breakages, misunderstandings and even deep pain in relationship.
This workshop is open to everyone. No previous experience of meditation is necessary.
Saturday, 18th Feb, 9:30-5:30 and Sunday, 19th Feb, 10:00-4:30
