A drop-in event to be held in the Museum of Liverpool at Pier Head on 12th May 2017 10 am - 3 pm that will give people the opportunity to think about their future care and to be open about talking about dying.  There will also be the opportunity to find out more about joining People's Voice, which is a Network of patient, carers and public representatives who can join in the work the Clinical Networks do to help shape NHS services.
There will be resources from Dying Matters, leaflets about advance care planning and planning your future care, useful websites, a short survey to find out more about people's opinions on talking about end of life, a memory tree where people can remember a loved one, write something off their personal bucket list or note something about their funeral wishes, such as the music they would like, and maybe a few sweetie treats to entice!
